? If you choose to pick up cars at downtown locations, the time for picking up and returning cars should be within the service hours of car companies.

?Please provide the locations you'd like to pick up cars when booking. The locations in Sydney Downtown are used for reference. The locations for car pick-ups will be based on the actual rental date and car availability.

?Age limit: minimum driving age is 21. Drivers between the ages of 21 and under 25 years of age will have to pay a daily fee of AUD 8.8 (not including tax); the actual amount paid is in accordance with local regulations.

?Drivers must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year

?The car will have a full tank of gas when picked up and must have a full tank when returned.

?Customers have to bear all charges for tolls, parking fines, speeding tickets, as well as all the related costs.

?Advanced notice is required if you need to return the car offsite and additional fees may be applied.

? Additional drivers will require AUD 11.0 per person per day (including taxes), to be paid on site.

－Rental Time Calculation-

? 24 hours is counted as one day. However if the rental time exceeds 24 hours (even if that time amounts to less than 24 full hours) an extra day of rental will be charged.

? When booking, please provide pick-up and drop-off times please be punctual (within a few minutes of time given.)

?Pick-up and drop-off times should be in intervals of 00 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes.

- Example 1:

Dec 10, 10:00 am vehicle pick-ups; Dec 17, 10:00am vehicle returns.

17-10=7 (7 days)

- Example 2:

Dec 10, 10:00am vehicle pick-ups; Dec 17, 10:15am vehicle returns.

17-10=7 day 15 minutes. The 15 minutes will then be considered an extra day (the 8th.)

Included in the rental insurance:

Collision damage Waiver (CDW)

If the rental car is damaged, drivers are usually charged for some, but not all of the damage. This protection applies to all authorized drivers.

Third Party Liability (TPL)

Third party liability (TPL) is covered by the lease agreement and includes any drivers within the scope of responsibility which has resulted in damage to property which does not include the rented car itself. It also includes other people injured, regardless of whether they are in the rental car.

Theft Protection (TP)

Theft protection is provided if the rental car is stolen. If thieves steal the car and cause excess damage (in accordance with the clause) the driver's expenses will be reduced. Theft protection does not contain personal effects, but personal effects may be included in the driver's insurance.

The vehicle collision insurance indemnity amount is AUD 3,300.00 (excluding tax)

－How to Redeem Your Voucher－
